We've partnered with Passport Shipping to service our Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, Singapore, India, Hong Kong, and the Philippines. Please allow approximately 14 business days for your order to arrive once it has shipped.

When will my order ship?

Do you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
We do! However, we can only ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses with Standard Shipping since UPS (our expedited and next day shipping carrier) does not deliver to those address types.
Orders and Returns
I placed my order. Can I still make changes to my order or shipping address?
To avoid delays in shipping your order, we process orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, we can only guarantee changes 15 minutes after the order was placed. If you wish to make any urgent updates, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible and include the following:
In the subject line, put "Change to order" or "Update shipping address" and include your order number which begins with KB.
If you wish to update your shipping address, please include the new shipping address in the email.
Unfortunately, if your email is outside of our 15 minute grace period, we will not be able to make any changes.
Can I cancel my order?
To avoid delays in shipping your order, we process orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, we can only guarantee cancellations 15 minutes from when the order was placed. To request a cancellation, please email us at email@example.com as soon as possible and include the following:
In the subject line, put "Cancellation" and include your order number in the email which begins with KB.
Unfortunately, if your cancellation request comes in after our 15 minute grace period, we will not be able to cancel the order since our warehouse has already processed it.
What's your return policy?
As we work on reducing our carbon footprint, we currently do not accept any physical returns due to the impact it has on our environment. Refund requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
NOTE: We take full responsibility for damaged/defective products. Additionally, we understand that everyone's skin is different and may react differently to our products and ingredients. If you aren't fully satisfied with your product, please let us know!

My product arrived damaged—what should I do?

Why is my cart giving me an error message and why can't I check out?
We apologize for the inconvenience! KraveBeauty strives to maintain the most direct relationship with our customers and community. To prevent the sale/distribution of our products by unauthorized retailers, resellers, distributors, or third parties, we have set maximum limits on the amount and quantity for each order.
Cart total cannot be over $350.
Maximum 5 of each product is allowed per order.

KraveBeauty is not currently available at any retailers or stores and we cannot vouch for the authenticity of any products bought anywhere but our direct websites!
I see KraveBeauty products on a non-KraveBeauty.com website. Are they authentic?
KraveBeauty does not condone the unauthorized resale of our products. We cannot verify the authenticity, safety, quality, or efficacy of products sold through unauthorized retailers, resellers, distributors or third parties (e.g. Amazon, Stylevana, Shopee).
NOTE: Our customer service policies do not apply to any orders made from any non-KraveBeauty website.
Where are your products made?
All KraveBeauty products are made in Korea. They’re tested for safety and efficacy using the highest and most current standards available.
Do you test on animals? Are your products vegan?
We’re PETA-certified vegan and cruelty-free! We never test on animals or use animal by-products in our products.
Where can I find ingredients for your products?
You can find our ingredients under the “Ingredients” tab on each product page as well as on the back of our box packaging.
Are your products gluten-free?
Our products are not considered to be gluten-free. However, our Oat So Simple Water Cream contains pure oats - pure oats are gluten-free and safe for those with a gluten intolerance.
Do you use essential oils in your products?
We don’t use essential oils in any of our formulas.
Are your products safe for pregnancy/breastfeeding?
All our products, except Kale-Lalu-yAHA, are 100% safe for those who are pregnant and/or breastfeeding. Kale-Lalu-yAHA contains Glycolic Acid, which is considered very low risk. However high concentrations of certain acids can be absorbed into the skin and pose a potential risk to pregnant or breastfeeding people. We recommend you consult with your healthcare provider prior to using or starting any new skincare products.
Why do some of your products smell odd or have color variations?
We don’t use fragrances or colorants/dyes in our products so what you may be seeing or smelling is a direct result of that. Due to the natural origin of many of our ingredients, there may be a slight scent or color variation in each batch of products. However, these variations are totally normal and do not affect the efficacy or safety of the products.
How long is the shelf life of your products?
All sealed, unopened products can be used for up to 36 months after purchase; unsealed, opened products can be used for up to 12 months. We recommend storing all products in a cool, dry place and closing tightly after each use. Please note that prolonged exposure to high temperatures, humidity and/or exposure to sunlight or air may adversely impact any formulation.
Do you offer gift cards, gift wrapping, gift messaging, and/or a gift receipt?
At this time, we do not offer gift cards or gift wrapping or gift receipts. However, we do have the capability to print a gift message on the packing slip. Just enter the message you would like in your cart!
Though we don’t offer a gift receipt, your packing slip does not contain any pricing information so the gift recipient will not be able to see prices or payment information.
Does KraveBeauty ever do sales?
KraveBeauty does offer sales in certain seasons like Black Friday, however, we do not offer regular sales or discounts.
We want to be thoughtful about when we offer sales because we want to encourage our customers to be intentional about when they purchase our products. We don’t want to encourage overconsumption or pressure our customers to purchase just because we’re running a sale.
We believe overconsumption isn’t good for our skin or our planet and as a company, we have a responsibility to not contribute to it either.
Will you be launching more products soon?
We have some exciting products that we can’t wait to share with our community soon but we always try to be intentional how often we launch products. We’re not the “launch 20 products every year” kind of brand; we only make products we believe our community needs and pace our launches so we can encourage our customers to purchase intentionally.
Is Kale-Lalu-yAHA a toner?
Kale-Lalu-yAHA is a true exfoliator, not a toner! You can pair it with your toner to add an exfoliating boost, but we don’t recommend using it every day or in place of your toner and risk over-exfoliating your skin. It is 2-3x per week or as needed for your skin type, concerns, and tolerance.
Is Great Barrier Relief a moisturizer?
Great Barrier Relief is a soothing serum that does have moisturizing benefits but it’s up to you if you use it as a serum or a moisturizer. If you need extra moisture, feel free to layer on a face cream or stop at GBR if that’s all you need.
Do I need a makeup remover before using Matcha Hemp Hydrating Cleanser?
Matcha Hemp Hydrating Cleanser is a gentle cleanser that only removes light buildup, but for heavier makeup or sunscreen days, we recommend using an oil cleanser to remove oil-based impurities first.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin and/or medical skin conditions?
All our products are safe and effective on sensitive skin, however we always recommend doing a patch test and incorporating new products slowly to ensure they’re compatible with your skin. Our products are not tested on skin with medical conditions such as eczema or rosacea and we cannot guarantee that they are compatible with these conditions. If you have a medical skin condition, we recommend consulting your dermatologist or health care provider prior to using new products.
How do you perform a patch test?
When trying a new product, we recommend testing it first before applying it to your skin.
Apply a small amount of products and allow it to absorb on a clean, dry patch of skin (the inside of your wrist or neck). Leave the patch undisturbed for 24 hours. If the skin doesn’t develop a reaction, such as rash or hives, the product should be safe to use for your skin type!
Even so, we recommend incorporating it into your routine slowly and continuing to monitor your skin’s reaction.
I tried one of your products and I broke out, what do I do?
It’s totally normal to break out when you’re using a new product! Sometimes when you try a new product, especially if it has a concentrated or active formula, your skin may react by breaking out. If this happens, we recommend pausing use until the breakout clears up then slowly reintroducing the product back into your routine.
How do I apply my products?
Generally, we recommend applying your cleansers first then going in with your treatment products (like serums and exfoliators, etc.) next according to their instructions. Usually, you finish off with a face cream and/or oil and always remember to use sunscreen in the daytime!
Always follow the instructions of each product and perform a patch test before introducing new products into your routine.

Why don't you use glass packaging?
Glass packaging is a great option for a lot of companies, but right now, it’s not the most sustainable option for us. When we conducted a lifecycle analysis of our products, we found that transportation contributes the most to our environmental footprint.
Unfortunately, glass packaging could increase our transportation’s waste output so we’ve decided against using it right now. We’re always looking for more sustainable options and ways to cut down our footprint in packaging and beyond.
Why don't you do refills?
Right now, we’re focused on reducing the waste output of our existing packaging and trying to reuse as much recycled and upcycled packaging material as we can. We’re keeping our options open and considering refillable packaging as an option for future packaging updates.
Does KraveBeauty work for everyone?
We create our products to work on all skin, regardless of who that skin belongs to. Our brand exists for everyone in our community and we do not discriminate based on race, ethnicity, nationality, sex, gender and gender identity, sexual orientation, features, and/or abilities.
